Morgan brings a unique blend of technical expertise, human-centered values, and
purpose-driven leadership to QI Evolved Consulting. Beginning a career in the U.S.
Military, Morgan built a foundation in service, safety, and adaptability while honing the
ability to thrive under pressure and lead with integrity.

Later, while earning dual degrees in Anthropology and English, Morgan developed a
curiosity for how people, systems, and stories shape the world, a perspective that
continues to guide work in quality and continuous improvement.

Over the years, Morgan’s career has spanned many diverse industries such as food
safety, customer service, logistics, manufacturing, IT systems, and Biomedical.
These experiences naturally progressed into quality engineering, auditing, and
leadership which led to certifications such as ASQ Certified Manager of
Quality/Operational Excellence, Quality Auditor, and Certified Quality Engineer; and
Exemplar Global Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and Medical Device Management
Systems.

Driven by a continuous passion for learning, Morgan invests deeply in professional
growth while also mentoring others, ensuring knowledge and skills are shared across
teams. Equally committed to service beyond the workplace, Morgan has volunteered
in disaster relief, housing initiatives, and community advocacy efforts.

These diverse experiences allow Morgan to lead teams through complex regulatory
environments, guide companies to critical certifications, and deliver measurable
gains in efficiency and resilience.
